News You Can Use
Keep us posted so we can keep you informed
Your demographic information is important to us. By keeping us posted with your most current information, we can help ensure that Cigna behavioral customers can find you, that we process your claims without delay, and that we can contact you in a timely manner.
What should you update?
- Mailing address — we use this information to notify you about contract changes, re-credentialing, and network and business updates. Note that we can only send information to one mailing address.
- "Pay to" address — we use this information to mail your claim payments. You may have multiple "pay to" addresses for claim payments.
- Service location address — we use this information to accurately list your location in the Cigna provider directory for customers. You must include your complete physical address and phone number. We are not able to list a PO Box.
- Email address — we use email as the primary channel to contact you with the latest news and updates.
- Availability — we indicate when providers are unavailable and/or may not be accepting new patients.

- To ensure there is no interruption in your contracting status if you move to a new state, contact us at least 30 days in advance of the move.
