New Provider Orientation tutorials
Whether you’re new to our network of participating behavioral health care providers, or would just like a refresher about Cigna administrative processes, we invite you to watch one of our 20-minute New Provider Orientation tutorials at your convenience. Whether you have questions about getting paid, our products, or who to contact for a specific need, the New Provider Orientation will give you the right resources to do business with Cigna.

In November 2018, we changed how providers register for, and obtain the appropriate level of access to CignaforHCP.com, to help give your practice more control over electronic transaction security and patient privacy management. Your experience should now be faster when registering new users and making changes to a user’s level of website access.
All individual providers, clinics, and facilities registered on CignaforHCP.com are required to assign at least one, and up to 15, user(s) as website access manager(s). Review our Website Access Manager tutorial to learn more about:
- Approving new users for CignaforHCP.com
- Assigning or modifying users' website functions access
- Removing access for users who no longer need it
