Third-Party Marketing Organizations (TPMO) Reporting Requirements


TPMOs are required to report subcontracted relationships and issues of non-compliance to Cigna Healthcare. Please see the FAQs linked below for additional information on these requirements. To facilitate the reporting process, we have created the templates linked on this page. These templates can also be found on Producers’ University.

Requirement 1: Disclose any subcontracted relationships. The completed template must be sent to CARL@cignahealthcare.com as changes occur.

Requirement 2: Disclose compliance violations. The completed template must be sent to CARL@cignahealthcare.com promptly but no later than the last day of each month. Only new issues of non-compliance should be reported.
